Shyra is an AI-powered application that provides access to spiritual knowledge drawn from the discourses of Shri Premanand Ji Maharaj. It is designed as a companion for personal reflection and learning — it is not a substitute for a spiritual teacher, guru, or professional advice of any kind.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Shyra. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the Service.

Shyra generates responses using AI based on a knowledge base of transcribed discourses. While we strive for accuracy and authenticity, responses may contain errors or omissions. Shyra's responses should not be treated as authoritative spiritual, legal, medical, or financial guidance.
We do not guarantee that responses accurately represent the full intent or context of any specific discourse.
The Shyra application, its design, codebase, and brand are owned by us. The underlying discourse content belongs to its respective rightful owners. We use it in good faith to make spiritual knowledge more accessible.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of the Service without written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone number used to log in. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@shyra.life.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep Shyra available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shyra and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Shyra after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
